Sprint review
The sprint review is the Scrum event held near the end of a Sprint where the Scrum Team and stakeholders inspect the Increment produced this sprint and decide what to do next, adapting the Product backlog based on the feedback and any change in the market or business.
It is a working session, not just a presentation. The demo is the starting point for a conversation about direction, not the whole event.

Don't confuse with
Sprint retrospective. The review is about the product (did we build the right thing, and what next?) and includes stakeholders. The retrospective is about the team’s process (how do we work better?) and is team-only. They happen back-to-back and are constantly mixed up.
Logistics
- Attendees: the Scrum Team plus stakeholders (users, sponsors, customers) invited by the Product Owner.
- Timebox: at most 4 hours for a one-month sprint, proportionally shorter otherwise.
- Purpose: inspect the Increment against the Sprint Goal, gather feedback, and adapt the Product Backlog together.
In plain English
Show the working software to the people who care about it, and use their reactions to decide what to build next.
